Entrance to Rainbow Mountain. Vinicunca Rainbow Mountain is one of Cusco’s most popular tourist attractions, visited by both Peruvian and international tourists. The entrance fee is 25 soles (8 USD aprox) for foreigners and 15 soles (5 USD aprox) for Peruvians. Tickets are purchased on the day of the hike at a control booth before starting the trek. It is recommended to bring cash in soles. If you wish to visit the Red Valley viewpoint, the entrance fee is 10 soles (3 USD aprox).
Rainbow Mountain
The best time to visit Rainbow Mountain is from May to September, but it can be visited year-round.
